This is England (2006) [Pelicula+Soundtrack]

La película está basada en la propia experiencia e infancia del director, Shane Meadows, y retrata la Inglaterra de 1983 en alguna parte de Nottinghamshire (donde además se rodó). Es el mismo período de decadencia y desesperación que aparece retratado en la película de Full Monty, rodada en Sheffield. Es la historia de un muchacho de 12 años que, por casualidad, conocerá a un grupo de skinheads (cabezas rapadas) con los que entablará amistad entrando a formar parte de ese peligroso círculo. No es una historia para salir sonriendo del cine, pero sí es una buena película para reflexionar sobre muchas, muchas cosas.
