Como muchos de ustedes saben pues fallecio Dave Fuentes, el bajista de Hepcat, la mejor banda de musica Jamaicana de la decada de los 90, lo cual fue una perdida terrible pues ademas deja a una esposa y a un hijo pequeño.
Aqui una especie de tributo, este fue el ultimo disco de estudio en el que participó. Ademas se hara un concierto homenaje en Los Angeles puedes ver el flyer aqui. Mas informacion en el MYSPACE de HEPCAT.

Grupo frances formado en 1995. Western Special navega entre el ska, jazz, reggae y el rocksteady. La banda empezo su discografia en 1998 con el vinilo "Godzilla". Su primer album, Road To The Roots, le siguió poco despues. Western Special mostró todo su potencial escenico en cientos de conciertos a travez de toda Europa y han tenido la oportunidad de alternar con bandas como New York Ska Jazz Ensemble y Skatalites. Aca en America no son muy conocidos ¿o si?, desmientanme. Con bandas como esta a uno le gustaria vivir en Europa.

Les dejo el primer y ultimo disco que han sacado, ya tenia tiempo que los habia subido pero son muy buenos y merecen estar aqui tambien. Espero que les guste.
